62 Appendix 1: Interview Guides InterviewGuide for WP 2 ANDWP 3 PRESERVICE AND INSERVICE TEACHERS PURPOSE OF THE INTERVIEWS Objectives WP2 Objectives WP3 Explore teachers and educational leaders' experiences of digital learning leadership Empathise with pre-service and in-service teachers through survey and interviews -Identify and understand the difficulties pre-service, in- service and educational leaders face in engaging in PD and how to support them in developing their digital educational leadership skills Identify the key challenges, problems and dilemmas facing pre-service and in-service teachers in a digital era at individual, school and community levels Development of a pedagogical model and position paper Consider the challenges in the context of the digital leadership ecosystem from the perspectives of policy, praxis, pedagogy Formulate narratives based on the experiences and challenges to enable teachers and educational leaders to identity opportunities for teachers to re-envision and lead a transformative approach to digital leadership in education based on these challenges SAMPLING AND INVITING PARTICIPANTS The sample should consist of pre-service and in-service teachers and educational leaders. Sampling should be random to enable participation of a wide demographic group. The project and partners as well as any networks they can engage with should send an invitation email to all schools and ITE institutions (appendix 2) nationally. Partners can also circulate a call via social media to invite interested participants. A social media invitation will be sent out via the IDEAL futures social media platforms and our associate partner ATEE will be asked to circulate an invitation via their newsletter and social media accounts.
