63 For the interviews where partners are oversubscribed after random sampling it is recommended that purposive sampling should be used. It is recommended that each partner aims to recruit a sample size of the below participants • 10-15 Inservice teachers – early years, primary and second level with range of demographic data as per appendix 1 • 10-15 Inservice teachers – early years, primary and second level • 5-10 Educational Leaders – early years, primary and second level Interviews should be recorded via MS Teams or a Dictaphone (and files uploaded to MS Teams) Microsoft Teams can then generate a transcript for the recordings to enable analysis. Analysis guidelines are available in the Work package Methodologies on the respective Work package Folders on MS Teams. If you wish you can email a list of questions to participants prior to the interview. What are your experiences in leading digital transformation/innovation in schools? Probing questions: Have you lead any initiatives/have you been on a team that has introduced innovative practices/ what worked, what did not- Why? If you could do it again, what would you change.
