The fourth transnational meeting of the IDEAL Project took place in Madrid, Spain, in April 2025. At least one participant from each partner organisation attended in person, while one organisation joined the meeting online.

During this meeting, we presented the first courses being developed for the IDEAL Futures Hub, designed for teachers and educational leaders. Each partner showcased the progress of their course modules, raising questions, sharing challenges, and collaboratively working to address and resolve any issues to ensure the continued development of high-quality content.

The meeting also served as an opportunity to prepare for the upcoming study visit and to analyse the results gathered so far, refining our strategies based on the data and feedback.

After a productive series of sessions and planning the next steps of the project, participants enjoyed a variety of activities as part of the study visit in Madrid, including a social dinner and informal networking moments that strengthened the collaboration among partners.
