This work package works with ITE providers and PD providers to develop a set of design principles and case studies for organisations wishing to integrate the outputs into new and existing programmes.
Sustainable model of PD for digital educational leadership
The objective of this work package is to develop a model of sustainable practice to support pre-service and practicing teachers and educational leaders to continue to integrate transformative dialogue into 4 ITE Programmes and 4 Teacher Professional Development Activities (Ireland, Spain, France and Latvia).
The purpose of this work package is to explore how the IDEAL Future teacher academy professional development framework, pedagogical model and digital content and hub can be integrated into ITE programs and teacher professional development programs.
The main difficulty for that work package is to adapt each framework for the different teacher careers in the different countries represented. As such, this work package will investigate the types of ITE Programs and teacher PD across Europe and provide case studies of how ITE and PD providers can integrate the PD model into their every-day practice.
In order to ensure the sustained impact of the project, it is envisaged to integrate the model into existing structures and frameworks, using the teacher employment organization and the participation of institution leaders as key partners to fulfil this goal.
