Digital Hub
The objective of this work package is to explore and evaluate how digital technologies, pedagogies and digital models of CPD can be used to facilitate communities of inquiry, transformative dialogue, reflections and virtual exchange of knowledge in the area of digital leadership in education.
The digital hub form a space for hosting learning material, activities and challenge-based scenarios. It provides a learning space to support the pedagogical model, allowing learners to reflect, collaborate and transform at a variety of levels.
Learners have an individual reflective space and are prompted to reflect on their own beliefs, attitudes and practices. There is a school space in which school communities can explore the challenges facing them at a school level and how leaders can invest in infrastructure, pedagogical plans and curricula to support these. There is a transformative dialog space, which allows individual teachers and/or schools to identify problems they would like to collaborate with other individuals/schools on- the learning material support them to develop open networks and leadership approaches and inform policy developments in their national contexts and internationally.
