First Project Workshop held in Rennes
The working group of the "Ideal Future" project, along with aspiring teachers and educators, participated in an exchange visit to Rennes II University in France.
From November 26th to 28th, the Erasmus+ Project IDEAL held its first in-person workshop in Rennes. The project aims to empower educators in early years, primary, and post-primary sectors to lead innovative practices and drive transformative change in digital education.

Le projet IDEAL Futures Teacher Academy va développer un ensemble d’activités de perfectionnement professionnel (PD) s'appuyant sur une plateforme numérique collaborative qui va offrir des occasions d'échange de pratiques afin d’aider les enseignants et personnels éducatifs à devenir de futurs référents du numérique éducatif. Ce projet aidera les enseignants et les responsables éducatifs, qu’ils soient en service ou non, à examiner les défis auxquels l’éducation sera confrontée dans l’avenir et à élaborer une vision fondée sur leurs croyances individuelles et les besoins de leur communauté scolaire, par la collaboration avec le secteur plus large de l’éducation et de la technologie. Les participants seront soutenus pour résoudre simultanément des défis spécifiques dans le domaine du leadership éducatif numérique et pour acquérir les compétences et l’expertise nécessaires au travers de parcours de développement en ligne.

Create a range of professional development (PD) content, activities and associated micro-credentials to implement the pedagogical model.

Explore and evaluate how digital technologies, pedagogies and digital models of CPD can be used to facilitate communities of inquiry, transformative dialogue, reflections and virtual exchange of knowledge in the area of digital leadership in education
